Welcome to Casamar Restaurant & Hotel

Casamar began working as a hotel in 1955, when Joan Casellas and Maria Balaguer, transformed a summer house of twentieth century princes into a small hotel with 5 rooms. The tourist boom of the 60s makes it expand to 20 rooms.

It is in the year 2000 when, Quim and María, children of the owners, begin to direct and manage, both the hotel and the restaurant, giving it a new dimension.

The Casamar Restaurant & Hotel is an establishment where you can find quality dishes and a modern signature cuisine with personality that has led them to hold a Michelin star, uninterruptedly, for 10 years.

Lovers of the Empordà, the diner will be able to taste landscapes of this territory through their dishes, since their philosophy is based on giving priority to local products and wines, forming part of the collective La Cuina del Empordanet and the Slow Food movement.

Conocíamos el hotel de anteriores viajes a Llafranch pero nunca nos habíamos alojado aquí. Todo el personal es muy amable y encantador. El desayuno es excelente, rico y abundante. Les felicito por mantener un hotel con tradición familiar, moderno y de alta calidad.

Hemos pasado de maravillas en el Hotel Casamar. Fue nuestra mejor eleccion quedarnos en Llafranc y alojarnos en este Hotel. Recibimos mucho más de lo que esperábamos y la calidez del personal y propietarios fue especial. Siempre atentos y cálidos. Si volvemos a la Costa Brava seguro nos alojaremos en Hotel Casamar. Solo nos quedó experimentar el restaurante, pero lamentablemente no había lugar. Muchas Gracias por todo.

La renovació i decoració de les habitacions és una passada. Ens va encantar, sobretot el bany i dutxa. L'unic inconvenient que vaig trobar és que se sentien molt els sorolls des de la 107. Tant els que venien de la gent del restaurant com des de la cuina.

Una de las toallas de manos se nos ensució mucho y la dejé encima del wc, para que la cambiaran por un limpia. No obstante, no la cambiaron, dejándola encima del mármol del lavabo.

Hem estat acollits mole bé i molt cómodes. Gràcies per donar-nos habita ió que veièssim una mica el mar! ja que deieu que no us quedaven. Aquesta vegada hem dormit a l'habitació 222, aneu en compte que l'aigua de l'aixeta es surt una mica per sota ( vem o lidar dir-vos-ho. Fins la propera!

Por poner algún pero, la tele de la habitación queda pequeña y está colocada un poco baja. Para verla bien desde la cama tendría que estar más arriba. En cuanto a la bañera, estaría bien cambiar las cortinas por mampara. Lo demás perfecto. Gracias.
